High Protein Ranch Dip

If you are a ranch dressing lover, you must try this hack! This is a great way to add protein to your vegetable dip!

Look for the ranch seasoning packets in the salad dressing aisle. This seasoning packet contains no calories or fat and 60mg of sodium per 1/4 teaspoon.

You can scale this recipe up to make a larger batch and prepare in a reusable container so it’s ready to consume throughout the week. I would suggest this as a timesaver to have a healthy snack on hand.

Ingredients

4 oz. plain nonfat Greek yogurt (Greek is best here for the protein)

Ranch seasoning (Trader Joe’s also makes one – found in the spice section!)

Veggies of your choice such a grape tomatoes or baby carrots. I prefer these for quick snacks because neither require any cutting!

Directions

1. Add a teaspoon (or to taste) of the ranch seasoning to plain nonfat greek yogurt and stir to blend.

2. Store the packet in a ziploc bag to save it for another day!

3. Dip veggies and repeat!
